4T4

4T4 is a mixed-use development, with G+10 floors divided into three main unit types; commercial, medical, and office spaces. We carefully choose the brands that partner with us, therefore, 4T4 will only feature the most elegant F&B brands, as well as the most prominent clinics. The shape of our tower is unique; it consists of two towers linked through a sky-bridge, which allows facilities to be shared between the two towers over those several levels. Both towers are overlooking a promenade offering a great view for all units.
